I hope you are well. I'm a winemaker looking for oak chips for winemaking that are certified kosher for Passover.
Do you certify any oak chips or other oak products for this use? If so, could you tell me which brands or suppliers are approved and where I can get them?
If you don't certify them, could you advise me on what I need to look for?
